My dear friend Tamar Salatian (My nickname for her is Tamzie 🙂 ) met the love of her life and invited me to attend her wedding in L.A earlier this year. Sadly I couldn’t make it due to heavy work commitments at the time. Exciteadly I was invited to celebrate their love on their honey moon in Seminyak, Bali last month and we did an amazing sunset photography session on the beach which I wanted to share as I was so excited to photographing them.
My time in Bali was limited. Each day stormy weather would develop at the time of sunset. If you’ve never been to Bali, you should know that the sunsets there are just magical. I was looking for that magical light. A dazzling array of colors that would of photographed beautifully. A mix of deep oranges, yellows and reds. Sadly, this didn’t happen.
On the day of the scheduled shoot. It poured down rain! It was a little stressful to say the least as it didn’t look like it was going to stop. We waited and waited until eventually the rain subsided and we could commence. We started this photo shoot about 30 minutes too late due to heavy rain which meant I was losing light.
If you are after a sunset photography session, with your loved ones. Now is the perfect time to book it in. Check out my sunset photography sessions on my website and get in touch to check availability and reserve your spot. I am available for destination photography sessions too so if you have something in mind, feel free to get in touch to discuss availability, pricing and logistics.
