To take part in the project, a $195 participation fee (session reservation deposit) is required at the time of booking.

This participation fee secures your place in the project and supports the delivery and coordination of the overall experience. (This session fee is normally $295).

As part of your participation, this includes:

• A charitable contribution of $50 supporting the project’s giving initiative
• Project coordination and administration

The participation fee is non-transferable and non-refundable, as it secures one of a limited number of project sessions.

Photography Sessions will take place in Murielle’s lovely studio located in Bossley Park, Western Sydney.

Please allow approximately 1 to 2 hours for your photography session.

No. This project is open to women from all walks of life. Murielle is looking to photograph women of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds who would love to be part of this special project.

Yes. Family members are welcome to be included. Please let Murielle know in advance who you would like to bring so we can plan the session accordingly.

Participation in the project and your portrait session are not conditional on purchasing photographs.

If you already know that you would prefer not to purchase photographs but would still like to support the project, please let us know when applying. We can arrange a shorter participation session so that you can still be part of the project while allowing us to dedicate longer portrait sessions to participants who are interested in the full portrait experience.

We welcome pricing questions before booking and are happy to explain the available portrait products, collections and starting prices so you can decide whether the experience is right for you.

After your viewing appointment you are welcome to purchase portraits. Portrait products begin from $795, and many women choose to invest more depending on what they would love to take home.

Yes. We can offer payment plans on eligible larger orders. We have different options to suit everyone.

Every woman has her own unique style, so we recommend bringing approximately 6 to 8 outfit options to your session.

Murielle will help guide you with styling on the day, and either Iclem or Murielle can also discuss clothing ideas with you beforehand.

Murielle recommends arriving camera-ready with your hair styled and makeup professionally done if possible, as this can make a big difference to the finished result.

Professional hair and makeup is not included in the session.

You are welcome to use your own preferred hair and makeup artist, or use our professional team. We can happily arrange your booking for you so it’s super easy! 

Women who proceed with the full portrait experience and purchase their images will be included with a dedicated portrait page in the book.

To maintain a consistent and elegant design throughout the publication, the final image used on your page will be selected by the graphic designer from your purchased portraits.

Women who choose to participate through donation alone will be acknowledged in the contributors section at the back of the book.

Murielle has over 27 years of experience photographing women and will guide you gently throughout the entire session, including posing, expression and posture, so you always know exactly what to do. The session is designed to be relaxed and supportive, allowing you to feel comfortable while beautiful, natural portraits are created.
