Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling Policy:

If you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled session, we kindly request a minimum of a 2-week advance notice. This ensures that no cancellation fee will be incurred. As a small, owned business with limited portrait session slots, your cooperation in providing a 2-week notice period allows us to potentially fill the time with another booking. Your understanding and consideration are highly appreciated.

Rescheduling due to Emergency/Illness:

We understand that unforeseen situations, such as emergencies or illness, may arise. In such cases, we are committed to working with you to identify an alternative date that suits your schedule. If you need to reschedule due to illness or emergencies, your initial studio booking fee will be transferred to the newly selected date. Session rescheduling’s are allowed up to three (3) times free of charge if made seven (7) days before your scheduled session, with a wait period may be applicable in certain situations. Please note that if additional rescheduling is necessary or a change from weekday to weekend or change in Session type, a fresh confirmation fee will be required.

Cancellation Procedure:

Cancelling either your photography or purchasing session seven (7) days before your scheduled time will result in no charge. Cancelations, failure to show and changes of mind within the seven (7) days will result in the full photography session fee being charged to your account depending on your type of session booked.

Donations for Charity Photography Sessions:

Your donation secures your session and is non-transferable/non-refundable at any point once made.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. To secure your chosen date and time for the portrait session, a studio booking fee is required.
  2. The studio’s booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel the session 7 days before your scheduled time. Note that for charitable fundraising projects, the donation amount is dedicated to charity remains non-refundable without exception.
  3. If you choose to cancel the photography session with in the 7-day cancellation period, the confirmation fee becomes non-refundable.
  4. If you provide a minimum of 7 days’ advance notice, to reschedule contact our bookings number on 0450554711, or your confirmation fee will be seamlessly transferred to secure a new date for up to 3 rescheduling instances. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences, please be aware that we tend to be heavily booked in advance, placement on a waiting list may be necessary.
